On Eagle's Wings

On Eagle's Wings
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:29-31

Pink Saturday

I LOVE azaleas and

Love the rich pink here!

Rainbow in Fayetteville, Arkansas
from last week

I got my lazy boy DH out of his Lazy Boy to go for a walk
on the shoreline trail.

We stopped after about 1/2 mile to park on the bench.

Since I wanted to record this event, I took a few pics of him, only to realize when we arrived back home that the pics were a little funny looking.

You've seen these.

Poor DH. Next time I will pay more attention to the pic I'm taking.

While we sat there, I noticed this tree and the way the limbs curved.

DH's observation was much different than mine.
Look at the thorns on the limbs! They are long and sharp.

Grandson Noah knows how much Nonnie loves a sunset,
so he took this photo and sent to me.
I told him I would save it and call it my Noah sunset.

Here is one out our back window last summer.
Love how each one is unique.

Linking today with Beverly for Pink Saturday at How Sweet the Sound.

Nonie, Great sunsets. I too love them. Poor DH...that looks painful :):) I bet he laughed. That little one seems to be loving his pose. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
