On Eagle's Wings

On Eagle's Wings
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:29-31

Friday Foto Friends

Grandson Noah sent the pic of this sunset to me. He knows how much I love a beautiful sunset. I also have to share a quick story about him. His mom had a severe headache this week and had to take to her bed with it. The next morning she felt better and announced to the family she was feeling better and commented casually she was feeling better, and maybe a little sarcastically that no one had bothered to ask how she was feeling. Noah told her he had said a prayer for her while he was taking a shower. He said that he had "spare time in the shower" so he was able to say a prayer for her. Haha!! So cute.

On the soccer fields

Noah and Brady are good sons!
(Palin is a sweet dog!)

And ... speaking of dogs!
We have been missing our Trudy.

Oh look! There is something new in our home these days. Is it the rug? No, I think it is a sweet dog named Annie who has come to stay. She has brought sweet love with her!

Linking up today with Deb at Breathing in Grace for Friday Foto Friends.

Don't you just love the honesty but also the faith of children? That is such a sweet story and a lesson to us as well; pray believing so we aren't surprised when He answers. Your new house mate has the sweetest face and I'm sure provides a lot of company for you both.

Nonnie, It seems that kids can wallow all over their dogs and the pets love it. I always think little sweaty boys smell like puppies at times. LOL. Blessings to you and yours, xoxo, Susie.
ps. cute new doggie at your house. ;)

Oh how sweet your Annie is!! She looks eager to go for a walk and spend time running and playing! Love what your grandson Noah said that he was praying for his mommy in the shower where he had some spare time. That is priceless. So glad God answered his prayers and her headache went away. Love the sunset. All beautiful today.
