On Eagle's Wings

On Eagle's Wings
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:29-31

Friday Foto Friends

Mine are slim pickins' today, but I always love clouds and ocean pics.

This photo is from a friend, which is
fitting since this is Friday Foto Friends!

Little things mean a lot.
This shelf in my bathroom has several little
things that I treasure because each one has sentimental value.

This is from North Carolina from a few years ago.
I am hopeful we will see some similar scenery when we go to Branson in the Fall.

I went to the eye doctor yesterday to see about the cataract on my left eye which is seriously getting in my way when I'm on the computer or trying to read or drive at night. The plan decided upon is the eye will be remedied in October.

Happy Friday and keep on the sunny side!

Pretty photos. I love to see sentimental things around me. Lately when I go through things, if there isn't a story behind it, chances are it goes to the thrift store. I have the beginning of cataracts. I'm glad you're getting yours taken care of soon. Have a blessed day.

Love the photos! I have a cataract too, but so far I can't see it...only the eye doctor, so I have some time before I'll have to get surgery. Joe has had both eyes done and loves not needing his glasses anymore.

Oh yes, "Keep on the sunny side of life"...glad you will be able to have your eye "fixed" in October! Just in time for the holidays!!! Love the cloud/ocean pic...nice to combine the two! The mountains in fall look so inviting...I miss that living in Florida. I keep hoping for a fall trip one of these years...love the bathroom shelf unit. My son builds things like that...and yours is very special. Love the glass knobs! Butterflies always make me smile...so your post today is a winner! Love it all! Have a blessed and happy Friday!

I've actually been thinking we might take a trip to Branson too. It's been a long time since we've been there...Glad you're gonna get you eye fixed in October. Such a good feeling after it's all done, isn't it?!

I enjoyed all your pictures, and especially the quote at the end. I have glacoma and have to use eye drops every night. I trust your remedy will bring back great vision to you.
