On Eagle's Wings

On Eagle's Wings
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:29-31

Another weekend trip

We are really looking forward to this weekend. Both our nephews, who are in the service, will be at my brother's home this weekend. We haven't seen either one of them in over a year NOR have we gotten to see the newest addition to the family who was born across the ocean blue!

This little sweetheart will be hugged and kissed and cuddled and meet a whole bunch of new faces!

She got off to a rocky beginning, but she was a tough one just like Daddy!

and look at her now!!

I suspect there will be some competition with all the grandparents just to get a chance to hold her.

We are so excited to get to see all of my family and celebrate this little darling who will soon be one year old!!

My other nephew, Chase and his wife, Julie will be flying in for this little reunion, too. We've not seen them since their wedding.

We will be staying with my sister and her husband and see how my brother-in-law is recovering from that heart surgery and am planning a trip over to Arkansas to hopefully visit some cousins I haven't seen in several years. Sooooo, looking forward to good times.
