On Eagle's Wings

On Eagle's Wings
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:29-31

Getting Up to Speed

Bummed. That's how I've been feeling. Mopey. Sad. 2014 has brought too many changes in too short a time for me. Loss of life group and scattering of dear friends. Friends getting divorced. Friends moving away. Kids moving away. Just bummed. Things are just not staying the same. Not that I ever really expected them to anyway, but so many changes in the past five months? Feeling disconnected.

Okay. Enough whining.

In the past couple of months, we have had plenty of big events and excitement along with all the changes!

Made a quick trip South to play and watch two of the cutest boys play some soccer!

Wow- LOTS going on there! There may be a lot of changes but you certainly can't say you are bored! Looks like you have had some fun...and sorry that you have struggled with some despondency. xo Diana

You have a beautiful family. I'm sorry you've had some tough days and I hope it's going to be better soon. The ocean pics were lovely but here you were, right in my own backyard! Canton, Ohio is about 45min away! I understand being sad when kiddos move far away. Our son moved to Oregon and we'll only be able to see them about once a year. We're meeting for a week in Chicago with family in a few weeks..can't wait. Loved all the family shots...so sweet!
